| JSY Cabbage Apple Slaw |

| Ingredients |
4 cups finely chopped cabbage
2 apples, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 ½ tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
1/2 cup low fat sour cream
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste |

| Directions |
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, apple and bell pepper.
- In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, brown sugar and lemon juice.
- Add mayonnaise mixture to a large bowl (cabbage mixture). Mix well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Can be served immediately or covered and chilled before serving.
- Refrigerate leftovers.

| Ingredients |

2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 celery stalks, chopped
3 cups chopped cabbage
1 can (14.5 ounces) stewed tomatoes, with liquid
Salt and pepper to taste

| Directions |
- Heat oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
- Add onion, garlic and celery. Cook for 5 minutes or until soft.
- Add cabbage and 2 tablespoons water, lower heat to low and cook for 15 minutes. Stir often.
- Add tomatoes and cover pan. Cook for about 30 minutres or until cabbage is soft. Stir often.
- Season with salt and pepper. Serve hot or gold.
- Refrigerate leftovers.
