| Ingredients |

1 cup flour
1½ teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
½ cup low-fat milk*
4½ cups sliced strawberries
¼ cup of sugar
1½ cups low-fat yogurt

| Directions |
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, vegetable oil and milk.
- Spoon batter onto a lightly greased baking pan to create 3 biscuits.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes. Set aside.
- In a seperate bowl, mix strawberries and sugar.
- Cut biscuits in half and top each half with strawberries mixture and top with yogurt
- Refrigerate leftovers.
*If using nonfat dried milk (NFDM), mix ½ cup water with 3 tablespoons NFDM.
