| Ingredients |
1 grapefruit
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons cinnamon (optional) |

| Directions |
- Slice grapefruit in half.
- Cut around the inside, loosening the fruit from the peel.
- Place the grapefruit face up in a baking dish.
- Sprinkle 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon on each half.
- Broil for 5-10 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
- Refrigerate leftovers.
